Authorized staff may access this information as necessary to respond to inquiries, manage appointments, and provide event services.

If an inquiry is approved and converted into a customer relationship, relevant information may become part of the associated client and event records.

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website and business.

Our current technology may include:

• Supabase — used to support our customer relationship management database and related business records.
• Resend — may be used to send transactional emails, including inquiry confirmations, appointment approvals, denials, rescheduling notices, and calendar invitations.
• Website and infrastructure providers — may process limited technical information necessary to host, secure, and deliver our website.

We may also use a configured business integration or webhook to transmit inquiry information to another system used by Imperial Grand Events. Such integrations are used for legitimate business operations and should be limited to information necessary to process the inquiry.

We may send transactional emails related to your inquiry, tour, consultation, or event. These communications may include confirmation that your request was received, approval or denial of an appointment, proposed scheduling changes, calendar invitations, and other information necessary to respond to your request.

Our website does not currently operate a marketing email subscription or newsletter program.

If you provide a telephone number, we may use it to communicate with you regarding your inquiry or event.

Our website may also provide links allowing you to contact us through WhatsApp. If you choose to use WhatsApp, your interaction with that service is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

Our website currently uses browser local storage for limited functionality.

The availability cache contains venue and scheduling information and is not designed to store your contact information. These items remain in your browser until removed or replaced. The website currently does not use first-party cookies for advertising or analytics.

Imperial Grand Events does not currently use advertising pixels or common third-party website analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar technologies through the website code. If we introduce analytics, advertising technologies, or similar tracking tools in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy and implement additional consent mechanisms when appropriate.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Google Maps, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

Following one of these links takes you to a service operated by another company. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Our website may also load fonts provided through Google Fonts. As part of the normal process of requesting those resources, standard network information such as your IP address may be transmitted to the provider.

Imperial Grand Events hosts celebrations that may involve minors, including quinceañeras. However, our website is intended for persons arranging or inquiring about event services and does not currently request a child's name, date of birth, age, or similar identifying information through its public inquiry forms. We do not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13.
